WHY DON'T YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Most of our items are food or food-related products so we don't take returns due to sanitary reasons. However, if your items arrive damaged or don't arrive at all we will work with you.

CAN I GET MY ORDER FASTER?
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout and calculated based on your location. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order.
I need by order by a certain date. What can I do?
Please send us a message prior to checking out so confirm that it is possible. We may be able to advise on a specific shipping method to ensure you receive your products by the date you need. Comments left at checkout without contacting us first may or may not be honored.
I received my order but something is broken, missing or wrong. What should I do?
Please contact us. If something went wrong or broken during transit we can work with you to make it right. Customer service is very important to us and we will try all we can to right every wrong.
